So I have also downloaded the Win64_15319.zip, extracted, then followed the manual procedure of selecting the : igdhc64.inf file to install the display driver (as per the readme). When I try the Win64_15319.exe automated install driver I get the message "This operating system is not supported" OR "This computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing this software" with the Intel driver provided with the motherboard. My intention is to use the on-chip HD 4400 graphics capabilities of the CPU, however I am unable to install the driver provided with the motherboard CD or the official driver provided by Intel. No add-on graphics card is installed, the display output works fine, however searching for the best driver results in only the "Standard VGA Graphics Adapter" Windows 7 Pro 64-bit (I am definitely using the 64-bit version as verified in the 'Computer properties' screen), all updates are installed. Intel i3-4130 CPU (Only just released in Australia) I have put together the following configuration/hardware into a brand new system
